Role Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Bondi Beach store to support the Store Manager in cultivating a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer service. The role entails driving sales through advanced product knowledge, fostering team engagement, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Champion a customer-centric environment by ensuring each interaction is memorable and seamless.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to train, mentor, and engage the team effectively.
- Assist leadership in managing store profitability and performance.
- Motivate and support the team to reach sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Manage operational tasks such as roster scheduling and back-office administration.
- Work Tuesday through Saturday as per the roster.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory position within a busy fashion retail setting.
- Strong mentoring skills and ability to inspire a team towards success.
- Sound commercial understanding to exceed sales, wages, and shrinkage KPIs aligned with budget goals.
- Attention to detail with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
- Experience handling large stock volumes and managing inventory effectively.
- Alignment with Seed Heritage values and commitment to exceptional customer relationships.
