Responsibilities and Expectations

• Create an engaging, inclusive store environment that encourages authentic teamwork and customer satisfaction.
• Learn and apply leadership skills to support the department team effectively daily.
• Collaborate across the store to uphold high standards of service and operational efficiency.
• Prioritize safety by enforcing proper procedures for both team members and customers.
• Adopt a customer-first attitude using the Everyday ACTs approach: Acknowledge, Care, and Thank customers.
• Develop your leadership style with an emphasis on growth and future advancement opportunities.

Work Schedule

The working hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with a flexible 4-day workweek option to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life.
