Role Overview
We seek an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive to convert rental inquiries into confirmed bookings by guiding potential tenants through property visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and follow up with prospective leads.
- Coordinate property site visits for interested customers.
- Provide a warm welcome and support throughout visits.
- Present rental units available within the same building.
- Clarify details regarding property amenities, pricing, and rental conditions.
- Understand and assess customer needs to offer fitting rental options.
- Build trust to successfully convert inquiries into rentals.
- Keep accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence in customer interactions and objection handling.
- Motivated, positive, and goal-driven mindset.
- Strong responsibility, professionalism, and integrity.
