We seek an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive to convert rental inquiries into confirmed bookings by guiding potential tenants through property visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and follow up with prospective leads.
• Coordinate property site visits for interested customers.
• Provide a warm welcome and support throughout visits.
• Present rental units available within the same building.
• Clarify details regarding property amenities, pricing, and rental conditions.
• Understand and assess customer needs to offer fitting rental options.
• Build trust to successfully convert inquiries into rentals.
• Keep accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
