Role Overview

This role involves independently developing architectural design or technical solutions under the guidance of a Project Manager, Architect, or Engineer. The position encourages continuous professional development while participating in various project phases.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support project teams by executing tasks as directed under supervision of Project Managers, Architects, or Engineers.
• Utilize design software to prepare project documentation.
• Translate sketches into finished design drawings.
• Review completed reports, plans, cost estimates, and engineering calculations.
• Conduct design analyses, planning studies, and limited layout design work.
• Compile and analyze data for project specifications and prepare related documentation.
• Write detailed reports and specifications adhering to project requirements.
• Travel occasionally (5-10% of time) for client meetings, coordination with consultants, site surveys, and construction administration activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited institution.
• Between 5 and 10 years of professional architectural experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit software.
