We are seeking an Architectural Designer II to join our hybrid team in Tampa, FL, someone who builds trustworthy relationships and delivers strong results.
Role Overview
This role involves independently developing architectural design or technical solutions under the guidance of a Project Manager, Architect, or Engineer. The position encourages continuous professional development while participating in various project phases.

Primary Responsibilities
- Support project teams by executing tasks as directed under supervision of Project Managers, Architects, or Engineers.
- Utilize design software to prepare project documentation.
- Translate sketches into finished design drawings.
- Review completed reports, plans, cost estimates, and engineering calculations.
- Conduct design analyses, planning studies, and limited layout design work.
- Compile and analyze data for project specifications and prepare related documentation.
- Write detailed reports and specifications adhering to project requirements.
- Travel occasionally (5-10% of time) for client meetings, coordination with consultants, site surveys, and construction administration activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited institution.
- Between 5 and 10 years of professional architectural experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Revit software.
