Overview

The City of Achern, with approximately 27,700 inhabitants, is seeking an Architect or Engineer in Building Construction (m/f/d) for the Department of Building Law. This is a permanent part-time position at 75% employment, initially unfixed term. There is a possibility to increase the workload to full-time (100%) after two years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing advice to builders, architects, and neighbors regarding building regulations and technical construction issues
  • Evaluating building law applications and procedures pursuant to public building law, focusing on technical and regulatory examination
