Role Summary
We are seeking a Chemistry Expert with advanced qualifications (PhD/Master's) to join on a full-time remote basis. The selected candidate will engage in projects aimed at refining large language models by applying strong analytical chemistry knowledge alongside proficient English communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and solve complex chemistry problems at the postgraduate level incorporating text, images, chemical equations, diagrams, and visual illustrations.
- Interpret and elucidate intricate organic reaction mechanisms through detailed textual descriptions and annotated chemical structures.
- Tackle problems involving chemical equilibrium, reaction kinetics, and energy profile diagrams using textual and visual tools.
- Handle demanding questions in stoichiometry, thermodynamics, organic chemistry, and electrochemistry typical of engineering entrance exams or collegiate coursework.
- Collaborate with AI-driven systems to enhance and fine-tune model performance for chemistry-focused applications.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive chemistry expertise equivalent to PhD-level academic programs.
- Skill in decomposing complex chemical subjects into clear, accessible explanations.
- Experience with generating thorough explanations for advanced chemistry challenges.
- Competency in working with chemical notation, diagrams, and visual representations.
- Knowledge of stoichiometry, thermodynamics, organic chemistry, and electrochemistry principles.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to utilize AI tools to augment analysis and explanatory tasks.
- Excellent command of English for written communication and comprehension.
- Background in producing educational or instructional chemistry content.
- Self-motivated with effective project management skills for independent work.
