Role Summary

This role centers on product strategy, product development, lifecycle management, sales and marketing support, and regulatory compliance for hybrid connectivity services and related internet offerings.

Product Strategy

  • Own the financial performance of the product, including gross and net revenue outcomes.
  • Take responsibility for the annual operating plan for assigned regions.
  • Prepare the financial outlook and forecast for the assigned regions and business segments.
  • Be accountable for product revenue and P&L targets.
  • Monitor market and industry movements to shape fresh strategies that support business goals.
  • Build a 1-3 year product strategy and roadmap for internet services.
  • Support sales with product-positioning material such as presentations, SLA documents, and pricing content.
  • Lead initiatives to bring in new customers and logos.
  • Develop business cases for capital investment projects tied to network expansion and other regional initiatives.

Product Development

  • Oversee expansion and management of the IP PoP network.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand bandwidth needs and traffic forecasts.
  • Partner with engineering teams to plan new builds, augmentation, or network expansion based on forecasted demand.
  • Prepare business cases for required investments and monitor execution.
  • Facilitate cross-functional reviews to gather input on new product launches, service requirements, and enhancements to existing offerings.
  • Lead discussions on service rollout and operational readiness for products and services.
  • Create Market Requirement Documents to define market needs, expected demand, and business justification.

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Prepare sales and marketing enablement material including product information, brochures, and presentations.
