Role Purpose

Our company is executing a broad AI rollout, and the AI Solutions Lead will serve as the central figure for AI adoption and deployment throughout the organization. This role entails designing, building, implementing, and educating the entire team on AI systems spanning internal marketing, sales, finance, operations, engineering workflows, and the Chamber itself. As part of the Software and Digital Platform team, you'll oversee the technical direction, infrastructure, tools, integrations, and security of AI solutions company-wide, while departments focus on outcome ownership. Acting as the foremost AI champion, you will empower and train employees on AI usage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain all AI-related systems across all departments including marketing, sales, finance, operations, engineering workflows, and the core product.
• Lead AI adoption efforts by providing training sessions, creating tutorials, offering resources, holding office hours, and supporting colleagues.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI infrastructure that facilitates secure and effective use by both technical and non-technical teams.
• In partnership with various departments, design, create, and manage AI systems and agents, including third-party platforms like Claude, Viktor, Cursor, as well as proprietary AI agents, tools, and plugins.
• Establish, uphold, and enforce comprehensive data privacy and security standards for all AI systems and agents with role-based access controls.
• Contribute to other internal technology projects such as automations and micro-applications as needed.

Requirements and Skills

• Meticulous attention to detail and a systematic approach to managing technical projects and prioritization.
• Flexibility to work across varied teams and technologies, with aptitude for switching contexts between different technical domains.
• Systems thinking mindset with the capability to understand and improve business processes and technical ecosystems.
• Technical proficiency with multiple programming languages and tools, primarily Python and Typescript.
• Strong customer orientation, comprehending how technology drives revenue and customer success.
• Hands-on experience with AI development using Anthropic SDK, open-source AI frameworks, multi-agent systems, knowledge graphs, and shared memory architectures.
• Solid command of software development fundamentals including version control (Git, GitHub) and database technologies (vector databases, PostgreSQL, or equivalents).
• Experience with modern development environments and design tools like Figma.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4.5 years in software project development.
• At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing AI solutions.
• Prior development of applications, automations, and websites.
• Background in startup or fast-growing early stage companies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 per year.
