Role Overview

This position offers a hands-on role with growth potential into leadership while enabling the development and deployment of innovative wellness technologies. As AI Solutions Lead, you will spearhead the comprehensive adoption of artificial intelligence throughout the organization, serving as the central coordinator for all AI-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain all AI systems utilized within the company spanning departments such as marketing, sales, finance, operations, engineering workflows, and the core Chamber technology.
• Drive AI adoption by educating, training, supporting, and empowering employees, including leading office hours, creating tutorials, and curating resources.
• Design and manage scalable AI infrastructure that enables both technical and non-technical teams to utilize AI tools securely and productively.
• Collaborate with various departments to create and oversee AI agents and systems, managing both off-the-shelf platforms (e.g., Claude, Viktor, Cursor) as well as proprietary Agents, Skills, Plugins, and Tools.
• Establish, monitor, and enforce data privacy, security, and access policies across all AI systems, implementing organizational role-based permissions.
• Contribute to other internal technology projects, including automation and micro-app development.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong attention to detail, methodical organization, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Adaptability to diverse teams and technical environments, with ease in switching between various technology stacks and solving problems.
• System thinking aptitude to understand business-wide processes and integrate improvements into AI implementations.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages, notably Python and Typescript.
• Solid understanding of customers, business revenue models, and how technology impacts business outcomes.
• Experience with software development tools like Git and GitHub.
• Expertise in creating AI systems and agents using Anthropic SDK, open-source frameworks, or equivalents.
• Knowledge of multi-agent architectures, knowledge graphs, and shared memory systems.
• Strong command of databases such as vector databases and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4.5 years of software project experience.
• At least 3 years designing and developing AI solutions.
• Past experience in building applications, automations, and websites.
• History of working in a startup or rapidly growing early-stage company.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000.
• Comprehensive health benefits covering 80% of health, dental, and vision insurance.

Position based in Denver, CO, requiring onsite presence.
