Join Our Team as an Administration Manager
GFS Developments, situated in Dubai, UAE, seeks a seasoned Administration Manager to lead and coordinate daily administrative activities, ensuring smooth office operations and optimal management of company assets and facilities within a real estate development context.
Primary Duties
- Direct the company's everyday administrative tasks and office management.
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of office premises and manage company assets efficiently.
- Supervise and guide the administrative personnel and support teams.
- Handle management and logistics for company vehicles, equipment, and inventory control.
- Ensure all relevant trade licenses, permits, insurance policies, and service agreements are renewed punctually.
- Create and enforce administrative protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Arrange business travel, coordinate logistics, and organize corporate events.
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and effective workplace environment.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of proven experience as an Administration Manager, specifically within the real estate development sector.
- Strong leadership capabilities paired with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across teams.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite and relevant administrative software systems.
