Magic 899 is currently seeking an Account Manager to join their team, tasked with devising solutions that amplify local brand voices while driving station revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, nurture, and maintain client partnerships to boost revenue and increase market share.
• Establish trusted relationships with both local and national advertisers, acting as a consultative commercial ally by understanding client needs and tailoring business solutions accordingly.
• Create persuasive sales presentations and proposals to engage clients effectively.
• Manage sales budgets, maintain pipeline oversight, and provide precise revenue forecasts.
• Proactively prospect new business through networking and diligent lead management.
• Work collaboratively with promotions, content, digital, and sales support teams to execute impactful marketing campaigns.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in sales, media, advertising, or a related commercial sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven capability to sell concepts and solutions rather than just products.
• Excellent communication skills, including confident presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Driven, resilient, and commercially inquisitive, with a genuine interest in the entertainment and media landscape.
