About the internship
This remote internship is for a Tamil-speaking telecalling role at ChatSpark, an audio-first social platform that combines one-to-one voice conversations with casual social gaming to make interactions feel more natural and engaging. The platform follows a “challenge & connect” approach, using light gameplay to help users feel comfortable before moving into live voice conversations.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Tamil.
- Handle customer questions and concerns over the phone in a polite, clear, and helpful way.
- Support issue resolution by sharing the right information and guiding customers as needed.
- Record and update customer details accurately in the internal system.
- Work alongside the sales team to help generate leads and contribute to business growth.
- Take part in training sessions aimed at strengthening communication and sales abilities.
- Share observations and suggestions with management to improve customer experience and team performance.
