About the internship
This internship is for a customer support associate who will handle inbound customer communication, help resolve basic issues, and keep service records organized. The role is based in Noida and requires in-office attendance.
What you’ll do
- Reply to customer questions and requests through email, chat, and phone.
- Support troubleshooting efforts by helping customers work through issues.
- Record customer concerns, actions taken, and final resolutions clearly.
- Work closely with the support team to streamline workflows and reduce response time.
- Share observations and customer feedback with internal teams to help improve the product or process.
- Maintain a courteous, professional tone to support a positive customer experience.
