About the internship

This in-office internship focuses on campus hiring for a large school network. The role involves building connections with colleges, organizing recruitment activities, and supporting end-to-end hiring coordination for student talent.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to colleges and universities to create campus recruitment opportunities.
• Develop and nurture working relationships with placement officers and other college stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate placement drives, pre-placement talks, and hiring events.
• Accompany the recruitment team to college campuses for drives and hiring-related visits when needed.
• Handle the full coordination process for campus recruitment activities.
• Source and review student profiles against the hiring criteria.
• Keep communication smooth between colleges, candidates, and internal hiring teams.
• Maintain trackers, databases, and recruitment reports.
• Assist with employer branding activities across campuses.
• Support large-scale hiring drives and recruitment campaigns.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to begin between 8 July 2026 and 12 August 2026, and commit to 6 months. Candidates should have relevant skills and a strong interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also eligible.

Additional requirements

• The candidate should be pursuing or have recently completed an MBA/PGDM with a Human Resources specialization.
• The internship may last 6 to 12 months, depending on the requirement stated.
• Willingness to travel for campus recruitment drives is expected.

Stipend

The stipend is INR 30,000 to 35,000 per month.
