About the internship

This is a full-time, in-office internship focused on recruitment support for a team working in Bangalore. The role is centered on helping manage the hiring lifecycle and keeping candidate communication, interview logistics, and onboarding activities organized.

What you will do

Support the full hiring process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, arranging interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Track interview schedules, assignment status, and joining-related formalities through to completion.
Assist with offer letter coordination and the preparation and movement of hiring documents.
Stay in touch with colleges, applicants, and internal stakeholders to keep communication smooth and timely.
Maintain recruitment trackers and help ensure candidates have a seamless interview and onboarding experience.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to begin between 8 July 2026 and 12 August 2026, commit for 6 months, and be based in Bangalore. Candidates should also have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the area.

Additional requirements

Immediate joining is preferred.

gOGig operates a live on-ground verification platform for offline campaign execution in India. The company addresses a major issue in out-of-home advertising by helping brands confirm that campaigns are executed at the correct place, at the right time, and in proper condition. Its system replaces unreliable vendor-submitted photo reporting with tamper-proof, GPS-based, real-time proof of execution.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to INR 15,000.
