About the Internship
Join IIDE Education Private Limited as a Career Development Intern focusing on Admissions and Counselling. IIDE, Asia's foremost digital marketing education provider, offers recognized programs both online and offline. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about guiding prospective learners towards suitable educational pathways aligned with their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential students via phone and virtual meetings to introduce IIDE programs.
- Assess academic backgrounds and career ambitions to offer tailored guidance.
- Advise learners in choosing appropriate courses based on their objectives.
- Clearly explain course details, certification, fees, outcomes, and admission procedures.
- Address queries professionally to ensure a positive counselling experience.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups during the admission journey.
- Accurately update prospective student information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the admission process.
- Foster strong relationships through timely and engaging communication.
- Assist the admissions team in meeting enrolment targets.
- Uphold professionalism and deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.
- Continuously improve counselling skills through ongoing training and feedback.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a part-time role between July 14 and August 18, 2026.
- Commitment for a minimum of three months is mandatory.
- Must possess relevant skills and interest in sales, counselling, or business development.
- Open to undergraduate/postgraduate students, recent graduates from any discipline.
- Must be able to dedicate at least six hours per day at the Mumbai office.
