About the Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential students via phone and virtual meetings to introduce IIDE programs.
• Assess academic backgrounds and career ambitions to offer tailored guidance.
• Advise learners in choosing appropriate courses based on their objectives.
• Clearly explain course details, certification, fees, outcomes, and admission procedures.
• Address queries professionally to ensure a positive counselling experience.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups during the admission journey.
• Accurately update prospective student information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the admission process.
• Foster strong relationships through timely and engaging communication.
• Assist the admissions team in meeting enrolment targets.
• Uphold professionalism and deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.
• Continuously improve counselling skills through ongoing training and feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a part-time role between July 14 and August 18, 2026.
• Commitment for a minimum of three months is mandatory.
• Must possess relevant skills and interest in sales, counselling, or business development.
• Open to undergraduate/postgraduate students, recent graduates from any discipline.
• Must be able to dedicate at least six hours per day at the Mumbai office.

Additional Details
