Role Requirements

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and proficient operation of heavy machinery.
• Capable of consistently working 12-hour day and night shifts within a FIFO (fly-in fly-out) 2/2 roster from Darwin.
• Physically fit and comfortable in a remote and demanding work environment.
• Experience operating water carts in mining or civil sectors; familiarity with 777 or 785D machinery is advantageous.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and an ability to work cooperatively in a team setting.
• Respectful attitude and eagerness to positively support MRM’s workplace culture.
• Possess a valid driver’s licence.
