Waiter

Position Objective

The waiter is responsible for preparing the dining area before service, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and freshness, alongside executing their primary duty of serving customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the morning cleaning of the restaurant.
• Sanitize all service utensils prior to each meal service.
• Support the captain waiter during restaurant setup.
• Maintain a tidy appearance and uphold high hygiene standards.
• Assist the captain waiter in mise en place preparations.
• Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
• Help the captain waiter serve food dishes to clients.
• Replace ashtrays and refill water glasses during service.
• Clear and clean tables after meals.
• Transport used plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
• Work under the direction and instructions of the captain waiter.
