Position Objective
The waiter is responsible for preparing the dining area before service, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and freshness, alongside executing their primary duty of serving customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the morning cleaning of the restaurant.
- Sanitize all service utensils prior to each meal service.
- Support the captain waiter during restaurant setup.
- Maintain a tidy appearance and uphold high hygiene standards.
- Assist the captain waiter in mise en place preparations.
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
- Help the captain waiter serve food dishes to clients.
- Replace ashtrays and refill water glasses during service.
- Clear and clean tables after meals.
- Transport used plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
- Work under the direction and instructions of the captain waiter.
