Responsibilities

• Manage efficient and punctual freight processing to ensure smooth operations.
• Accurately and promptly enter data into the company's operational systems.
• Monitor and report status of Transcon files actively.
• Prepare and verify accurate billing for clients and vendors in a timely manner.
• Ensure freight delivery and clearance duties are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements with customers to meet service expectations.
• Foster and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Adhere strictly to compliance policies at all times.
• Maintain network communications, ensuring timely email responses and request handling.
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as outlined by company policies.
• Understand and keep updated on customer procedures and internal DLSOPs documentation.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
• Familiarity with ocean documentation processes is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes.
• Highly organized and proactive work style.
• Proficiency in computer applications including Excel and Word.
• Certification in handling Hazardous Materials is preferred.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
