Telesales Executive

About the Role

ICICI Lombard General Insurance is seeking enthusiastic Telecallers to join their Retail Telesales (RTS) vertical. This is a fully voice-based outbound calling position aimed at promoting and selling insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to customers leveraging digital channels.
• Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs effectively.
• Clearly communicate product information to facilitate understanding and trust.
• Convert sales leads into closed sales, benefiting from unlimited incentive opportunities.
• Maintain strong positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong sales aptitude combined with logical thinking ability.
• Basic familiarity with insurance or prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Open to graduates and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) holders.
• Freshers are encouraged and welcome to apply.

Working Hours and Off Days

• Shift timing from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.
• Work schedule includes six working days per week.
• Fixed weekly off on Sundays.

Salary Range

The position offers a monthly salary between INR 16,000 and INR 18,000.
