Team Leader - Operations (Rider Management)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee rider operations for a two-wheeler rental company based in Delhi-NCR. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing rider-related activities to ensure smooth and efficient rental processes every day.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collect daily rental payments punctually and maintain accurate records.
• Provide ongoing support to riders by addressing and resolving their operational challenges.
• Lead recruitment efforts to onboard new riders for the bike rental service.
• Monitor rider attendance and evaluate daily performance metrics.
• Coordinate the handover and retrieval of vehicles between customers and riders.
• Foster positive relations with riders and customers to improve service delivery.
