Store Incharge

Overview

Spin Cycles is seeking a Store Incharge to oversee daily store operations effectively in Bengaluru. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to boost sales and maintain high satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day functioning of the store including punctual opening and closing.
• Ensure outstanding customer service to maintain satisfaction levels.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Manage inventory flow, including both incoming and outgoing garments.
• Determine customer needs and provide detailed information about various service offerings.
• Proactively contribute to driving sales beyond regular expectations.
• Stay informed of all services offered and actively promote them.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with field executives and operations teams to ensure timely order delivery and pickup.
• Implement various sales promotion activities effectively.
• Collect and relay customer feedback through internal communication channels.
• Keep updated on newly introduced services.

Additional Information

• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM
• Weekly off: Wednesday
• Benefits include incentives, Employee State Insurance (ESI), and insurance coverage.
