Overview
Spin Cycles is seeking a Store Incharge to oversee daily store operations effectively in Bengaluru. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to boost sales and maintain high satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day functioning of the store including punctual opening and closing.
- Ensure outstanding customer service to maintain satisfaction levels.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Manage inventory flow, including both incoming and outgoing garments.
- Determine customer needs and provide detailed information about various service offerings.
- Proactively contribute to driving sales beyond regular expectations.
- Stay informed of all services offered and actively promote them.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with field executives and operations teams to ensure timely order delivery and pickup.
- Implement various sales promotion activities effectively.
- Collect and relay customer feedback through internal communication channels.
- Keep updated on newly introduced services.
Additional Information
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM
- Weekly off: Wednesday
