Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in choosing from a variety of jewellery including gold, silver, diamond, and gemstones.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products accordingly.
• Develop and nurture lasting customer relationships to promote repeat visits and sales.
• Meet or exceed individual and store-wide sales goals.
• Confidently present details about product features, pricing, purity levels, certifications, and available promotions.
• Manage customer inquiries and effectively resolve any issues in a professional manner.
• Keep product displays appealing and ensure the showroom remains clean and organized.
• Participate in inventory control, stock maintenance, and product handling tasks.
• Support billing processes, packaging, and after-sales services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest collections, jewellery trends, and marketing offers.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, security protocols, and operational standards.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 30000 to 35000 INR.
