About the Role
Manohar Lal Jewellery seeks motivated, customer-oriented, and well-groomed Sales Executives specializing in jewellery sales. The position involves engaging customers with a passion for selling gold, silver, diamond, and gemstone jewellery, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience that meets sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in choosing from a variety of jewellery including gold, silver, diamond, and gemstones.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products accordingly.
- Develop and nurture lasting customer relationships to promote repeat visits and sales.
- Meet or exceed individual and store-wide sales goals.
- Confidently present details about product features, pricing, purity levels, certifications, and available promotions.
- Manage customer inquiries and effectively resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Keep product displays appealing and ensure the showroom remains clean and organized.
- Participate in inventory control, stock maintenance, and product handling tasks.
- Support billing processes, packaging, and after-sales services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest collections, jewellery trends, and marketing offers.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, security protocols, and operational standards.

Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 30000 to 35000 INR.
