Senior / Executive, Public Transport Promotion

Role overview

The Public Transport Promotion team at the Land Transport Authority (LTA) is looking for a Senior/Executive to help drive initiatives that improve the commuter experience and support more inclusive public transport.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate outreach events and community engagement activities, including finding suitable venues, working with vendors, and providing support on the ground during events.
• Work closely with community partners, public transport operators, and government agencies to organise and execute outreach and event activities.
• Maintain and update databases for volunteers and participants accurately.
• Support projects and initiatives aimed at improving the commuter experience.
• Handle procurement and other operational duties as required to help the division meet its goals, including organising awards and recognition programmes.

What the team is looking for

• A candidate from any academic discipline.
• Prior exposure to event coordination, data handling, or community engagement would be beneficial.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good planning, communication, and people skills.
• Careful, accurate, and able to work on your own in a busy environment.
• A friendly personality with a strong customer-oriented approach.
