Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Overview

This position focuses on outbound customer outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, and supporting the sales process from first contact through closure. The role also involves regular follow-ups, customer relationship management, reporting, and coordination with the field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls.
• Identify promising leads and arrange appointments.
• Present the company’s products, offers, and services clearly to customers.
• Stay in touch with both current and prospective customers through timely follow-ups.
• Turn enquiries into confirmed sales and work toward monthly sales goals.
• Keep customer information up to date in the database and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to customer questions in a professional manner.
• Work with the field sales team for site visits and final deal closures.
• Draft and submit daily calling and sales updates.
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 14,000 to INR 22,000.
