Role Overview
This position focuses on outbound customer outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, and supporting the sales process from first contact through closure. The role also involves regular follow-ups, customer relationship management, reporting, and coordination with the field sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls.
- Identify promising leads and arrange appointments.
- Present the company’s products, offers, and services clearly to customers.
- Stay in touch with both current and prospective customers through timely follow-ups.
- Turn enquiries into confirmed sales and work toward monthly sales goals.
- Keep customer information up to date in the database and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to customer questions in a professional manner.
- Work with the field sales team for site visits and final deal closures.
- Draft and submit daily calling and sales updates.
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 14,000 to INR 22,000.
