Job Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Smtconfleet Private Limited based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and conversion efforts focused on container leasing services. The role involves negotiating lease rates, drafting contracts in line with BIMCO standards, and maintaining enduring client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customer leads and successfully convert them into clients.
- Engage in negotiations with clients on various lease types and pricing terms.
- Prepare lease agreements adhering to BIMCO guidelines and current market lease rates.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with clients to strengthen relationships with exporters, freight forwarders, NVOCCs, and shipping lines.
- Conduct field visits to existing and potential customers to expand network and business reach.
- Keep accurate records of all container inventories and strategically increase utilization by acquiring new leases.
- Monitor idle inventory status to optimize container deployment.
- Maintain detailed documentation of containers and lease agreements.
Additional Information
This position requires onsite attendance in Mumbai and is a full-time role with a monthly salary ranging from 22000 to 25000 INR.
