Role Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and provide assistance to customers.
• Offer detailed product information to shoppers.
• Maintain attractive stock displays and ensure store cleanliness.
• Handle billing and basic store activities when necessary.
• Support everyday retail functions efficiently.

Candidate Requirements and Work Conditions

• Achieving assigned sales targets is mandatory.
• Performance-based incentive schemes are available.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Tamil or Hindi is preferred.
• Preferred age limit up to 30 years.
• Female candidates work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; male candidates work from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• Employees receive one weekday off each week.
