About the Company

Role Responsibilities
- Manage store operations and provide assistance to customers.
- Offer detailed product information to shoppers.
- Maintain attractive stock displays and ensure store cleanliness.
- Handle billing and basic store activities when necessary.
- Support everyday retail functions efficiently.
Candidate Requirements and Work Conditions
- Achieving assigned sales targets is mandatory.
- Performance-based incentive schemes are available.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Tamil or Hindi is preferred.
- Preferred age limit up to 30 years.
- Female candidates work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; male candidates work from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Employees receive one weekday off each week.
