• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to foster repeat business opportunities.
• Accurately process billing, invoicing, and payments.
• Maintain the jewellery counters, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and clean.
• Work closely with inventory staff to monitor stock availability and updates.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and coordinate after-sales services like resizing, repairs, and exchanges.
