Job Overview
We are looking for a welcoming and knowledgeable Sales Executive to join Sri Kamatchi Jewellers Private Limited in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will warmly interact with customers, understand their jewellery preferences, and effectively showcase a variety of jewellery including gold, diamond, and silver pieces.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers by identifying their jewellery needs and tastes.
- Present details about products such as purity, weight, pricing, certifications, and making charges to potential buyers.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to foster repeat business opportunities.
- Accurately process billing, invoicing, and payments.
- Maintain the jewellery counters, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and clean.
- Work closely with inventory staff to monitor stock availability and updates.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and coordinate after-sales services like resizing, repairs, and exchanges.
- Keep informed on the latest jewellery trends, designs, and promotional offers.
