Role Overview

This position involves engaging store visitors, presenting electronic products clearly, and supporting purchase decisions through effective product guidance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers who visit the store.
• Explain the features, benefits, and advantages of electronic products in a way that is easy to understand.
• Show product demonstrations and respond to customer questions.
• Suggest suitable products based on the customer’s requirements and budget.
• Work toward monthly sales goals.
• Keep product displays neat and appealing, and make sure price labels are accurate.
• Track stock levels and work with store team members to arrange replenishment when needed.

• Present a professional appearance and deliver strong customer service at all times.

Compensation
