Role Overview
This position involves engaging store visitors, presenting electronic products clearly, and supporting purchase decisions through effective product guidance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers who visit the store.
- Explain the features, benefits, and advantages of electronic products in a way that is easy to understand.
- Show product demonstrations and respond to customer questions.
- Suggest suitable products based on the customer’s requirements and budget.
- Work toward monthly sales goals.
- Keep product displays neat and appealing, and make sure price labels are accurate.
- Track stock levels and work with store team members to arrange replenishment when needed.
- Capture customer leads and follow up whenever necessary.
- Maintain daily records of sales activity and related reporting.
- Present a professional appearance and deliver strong customer service at all times.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly stipend/salary in the range of INR 11,000 to INR 26,000.
