About the Role

Join Versace as a Retail Operations Manager responsible for overseeing operational efficiency across all West Coast retail locations, including Full Price and Outlet stores. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Retail Operations Handbook to guide store teams on standards, policies, and procedures, including delivering updates and training as necessary.

  • Lead operational projects across North America, ensuring successful implementation and execution.
  • Design and conduct training programs focused on operational excellence.
  • Manage projects including new store openings, renovations, pop-up events, General Manager conferences, and off-site events alongside VP, Retail.
  • Conduct regular visits to regional and remote high-priority stores.
  • Oversee retail profit and loss statements and negotiate vendor contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Manage retail supply procurement and monitor related expenditures.
  • Coordinate with the IT department to resolve system-related issues affecting retail operations.
  • Work with the Facilities team to handle store repairs and maintenance efficiently within budget through FEXA management.
  • Organize staff uniform bulk orders and distribution in coordination with the Merchandising team.
  • Consolidate and verify reporting for all retail stores to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors and Store Managers for weekly execution of store tasks.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years in store operations management, ideally as a Store or Operations Manager within a high-volume, complex retail setting.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally for approximately two weeks per month.
  • Proven experience enhancing store operating procedures and standards.
  • Demonstrated capability to support and implement project rollouts within stores.
  • Complete familiarity with specialty retail, outlet operations, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency with retail POS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms.
