About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Recruiter to join our expanding recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and various job portals, alongside proficiency in conducting initial candidate screenings and managing multiple job openings concurrently.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media channels.
• Review and shortlist candidates' resumes aligning with specified job needs.
• Perform initial HR interviews and candidate evaluations independently.
• Arrange interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
• Handle a daily workload of three or more active vacancies.
• Maintain organized candidate data and recruitment tracking systems.
• Develop and nurture a robust talent pool to support present and future hiring demands.
• Provide consistent follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure professional communication and foster a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within agency environments.
• Proven experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and key job portals.
• Excellent English communication abilities, both written and spoken.
• Capability to independently conduct candidate screening and interviews.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work remotely while achieving recruitment objectives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
