About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Recruiter to join our expanding recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and various job portals, alongside proficiency in conducting initial candidate screenings and managing multiple job openings concurrently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media channels.
- Review and shortlist candidates' resumes aligning with specified job needs.
- Perform initial HR interviews and candidate evaluations independently.
- Arrange interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Handle a daily workload of three or more active vacancies.
- Maintain organized candidate data and recruitment tracking systems.
- Develop and nurture a robust talent pool to support present and future hiring demands.
- Provide consistent follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure professional communication and foster a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within agency environments.
- Proven experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and key job portals.
- Excellent English communication abilities, both written and spoken.
- Capability to independently conduct candidate screening and interviews.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work remotely while achieving recruitment objectives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
