Role Overview

The full-time, on-site Recruiter position located in Vijayawada entails managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities include identifying candidates via multiple sourcing channels, evaluating resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating interview arrangements with hiring managers. The recruiter's duties extend to collaborating with department leaders to assess staffing needs, crafting detailed job descriptions, and maintaining talent pools for immediate and future hiring demands. Additional tasks involve facilitating offer discussions, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring candidate satisfaction while complying with company procedures and applicable regulations.

Additional Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships, including coordination with hiring managers and HR.
  • Capability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, and adhere to recruitment deadlines.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and foundational HR functions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Preferably familiar with hiring practices within financial services or banking sectors.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline is required, with relevant recruitment experience being advantageous.
  • Dedication to equitable hiring practices, ensuring non-discriminatory processes aligned with company policies and legal standards.
