US IT Recruiter

Position Overview

Neotech Global Private Limited is seeking skilled and driven Technical Recruiters to expand our US Staffing division. Candidates should have experience recruiting IT professionals for the US market and possess a passion for finding top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles across various US technical domains.
• Recruit across technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and other specialized competencies.
• Leverage multiple job portals and internal databases like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed to source qualified applicants.
• Conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews to assess fitment.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and meticulous records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets without compromising on quality.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Between 1 to 6 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitment.
• Sound understanding of US hiring practices, including knowledge of tax terms like W2, C2C, 1099 and visa categories such as H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, and CPT.
• Strong expertise in sourcing and screening candidates effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is desirable but not mandatory.
• Proficient negotiation abilities and relationship management skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are favored.

• Work Location: 4th Floor, H07, Avance Business Hub, Phoenix Info City, Hitech City Phase-2, Hyderabad 500081, India.
• Work Schedule: On-site, Night Shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.
