About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead sales efforts by engaging potential clients, explaining property and project details, and facilitating the purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and pursue new leads to attract prospective customers.
• Clearly communicate project specifics and property options to clients.
• Arrange and conduct site visits, guiding customers through every step of the buying journey.
• Maintain ongoing follow-up and foster strong customer relationships.
• Consistently meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Effective communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Sales experience preferred, although fresh graduates with enthusiasm may also apply.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and Microsoft Office tools is beneficial.
