About the Role
We are seeking energetic and self-driven Real Estate Sales Managers to join our expanding team at Aarohi Real Assets located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will lead sales efforts by engaging potential clients, explaining property and project details, and facilitating the purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and pursue new leads to attract prospective customers.
- Clearly communicate project specifics and property options to clients.
- Arrange and conduct site visits, guiding customers through every step of the buying journey.
- Maintain ongoing follow-up and foster strong customer relationships.
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Effective communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Sales experience preferred, although fresh graduates with enthusiasm may also apply.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and Microsoft Office tools is beneficial.
- A positive mindset coupled with eagerness to learn and adapt.
