Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administrate construction activities in close collaboration with site management.
• Prepare and plan work tasks, ensuring timely provision of materials.
• Organize and allocate tasks among both own and external construction personnel.
• Participate actively in construction site meetings.
• Implement safety protocols and health protection measures on the job site.

Candidate Profile

• Completed training as a foreman (Polierlehrgang) or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably several years of professional experience as a foreman in the shell construction sector.
• Valid class B driving license.
• Strong team spirit, assertiveness, and reliability.
• Independent, solution-driven, and proactive approach to work.
