Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administrate construction activities in close collaboration with site management.
- Prepare and plan work tasks, ensuring timely provision of materials.
- Organize and allocate tasks among both own and external construction personnel.
- Participate actively in construction site meetings.
- Implement safety protocols and health protection measures on the job site.
Candidate Profile
- Completed training as a foreman (Polierlehrgang) or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably several years of professional experience as a foreman in the shell construction sector.
- Valid class B driving license.
- Strong team spirit, assertiveness, and reliability.
- Independent, solution-driven, and proactive approach to work.
