The Shared Services DE GmbH division is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist (w/m/d) based in Leimen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The payroll team ensures that all employees receive their salaries accurately, punctually, and transparently. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee data within SAP HCM and other HR systems such as Workday and Atoss to ensure accurate and up-to-date datasets.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries, including wage and social security questions.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with collective agreements, company agreements, social insurance, and tax laws by reviewing and assessing all requirements.

  • Contribute actively to projects aimed at process optimization and digital transformation of payroll activities.

Qualifications
