Job Overview
Join a prominent BPO firm as an Operations Manager responsible for leading daily workflows, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs), and managing operational processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead daily operational activities to meet compliance and KPI standards.
- Manage team performance through effective leadership and coaching.
- Plan and allocate resources to optimize workflow.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements.
- Handle escalations promptly to resolve issues.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress visibility.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in operations management, particularly within BPO environments.
- Exposure to Google products is required.
- Strong expertise in managing KPIs and analyzing performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability in team leadership and process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and aptitude for coaching team members.
